No sound is playing

If no sound is playing on your phone, it might be resolved by following one of the below steps:


  1. Check that the button for silent mode is turned off on your phone, and then ensure that the media volume is turned up sufficiently.
  2. Go to Settings and click on "Adjust Sound". In here, make sure that the "Auto Speak Answers" setting is enabled. If it is already on, please turn it off and on again and then close and reopen the app to see if it works.
  3. As you start a quiz, turn up the volume by one bar.
