Restore purchases (most common sign-in issue)

ℹ️ If an alert shows saying "User not found!" when attempting to sign in or if you haven't received an email after following the "Forgot your password?" instructions, this may help you.


If you have paid for a subscription and are unable to sign in, it may be that you never created an account with us. We don't require account registration to use the app, but make it optional for people wanting to sync devices, and recommend it for easy access in the future. In order to retrieve your account and payment, it may be that you just need to restore purchases. To do so:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Settings by tapping the gear/cog icon '⛭' up the top right
  3. Scroll down a bit and tap "Restore purchases"

If this doesn't work, it may be because you are signed in on the Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) with a different email address. However, if you still have issues please contact us at support@ellaverbs.com and we'll do our best to help you.
